Processing Time:

Normal orders are processed within 3 to 4 business days - excluding weekends and holidays - after you receive your order confirmation email. We are dedicated to getting your order ready and out the door as quickly as possible.

Domestic Shipping:

We offer domestic shipping across the country. To ensure transparency and convenience, all shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Our shipping system estimates the cost based on the weight and size of the products, as well as your location, to provide you with the best available rates.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. With this number, you can follow your package from our door to yours, every step of the way.

Returns Policy

At Undeur, we want you to love what you've ordered. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Undamaged
  • With all original tags attached
  • Not designated as a Clearance/Final Sale item

Please note that any merchandise that does not meet these criteria is not eligible for return.

Return Process To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team to indicate your intent to return the product. You will be provided with instructions on how to proceed.
  2. Prepare your item(s) for shipping by ensuring they are packaged securely to avoid damage in transit.
  3. Send your item(s) to the address provided by our customer service team.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, typically within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our customer service team.
