How long will it take to deliver my orders?
Our entire product line is currently "Pre-Order" only, therefore, our usual shipping policy does not apply. We are currently expecting an early January delivery for all items. Once we have inventory in stock our normal shipping policy will be back in effect. Thanks for your patience.
Once inventory has arrived shipping will depend on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive within U.S. and Canada. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What happens if the product I want is no longer available to pre-order?

Do you ship overseas?
We currently ship to U.S. and Canada. International shipping will be available in the very near future. Get on the email list so that we can keep you posted when international shipping is available. Where is the product made?
It is proudly made in the U.S.A. Designed in Seattle, Washington and manufactured in California.
Does it come with a bra or built-in bra?
No, the undergarment does not come with a bra because it is designed to provide maximum flexibility to be worn directly over your existing bra to accommodate most bra sizes and styles. However, we are planning on developing shield pad integrated bra in the future so stay tuned!
What colors and patterns are available? Does it only come in white and black?
Currently for the pre-sale, we have the products in white or black. We will definitely offer more fun colors and patterns in the near future. We know that nude or natural colors are also popular. Sign up to be on our email list to get updates! Stay tuned.
Will there be more styles? What is the difference between the Eunice and Noemi styles?
We are starting off initially with two signature styles: 1) the Eunice style and 2) the Noemi style, but we are certainly working on more styles in the near future.
The key difference between the two currently available styles are the following:
The Eunice design is open in the chest area, exposing your bra, to reduce bulk in the front. It also includes a front closure (hook and eye) to make it easier to put on and adjust the fit from the front.
The Noemi design does not include a front closure (hook and eye) like the Eunice design does, as it is designed to fit snugly and to be put on over your head.
Both undergarments are made of quality, soft, and breathable material which include 1 pair of patent-ending detachable Undeur shield pads made specifically to absorb underarm sweat and prevent moisture, odor, and sweat from getting on your favorite tops.
What are your Sizes and will you offer more sizing options?
We currently offer the following sizes.

- M / US 8-10
- L / US 12-14
- XL / US 16-18
We will offer XS and XXL in the near future.

We offer 30-day returns for if it wasn't the perfect fit.
Does the underarm garment come with the shield pads?
Each Undeur undergarment includes one pair of shield pads. Additional pairs of shield pads can be purchased separately.
Can additional pads be purchased?
Yes, additional underarm shield pads can be purchased separately through our store, you can even mix and match the colors to your preference as all of our styles are designed to utilize and accommodate the same shield pads.
Are the pads washable?
Yes, the undergarment unit with the attached shield pads are washable (the pads are also detachable, if washing separately is desired) according to the care instructions.

How do the pads absorb sweat?
Our underarm shield pads are designed to absorb up to 2 tablespoons of sweat. Which is absorbent enough to help mitigate the effects suffered by those who suffer from hyperhidrosis (a condition that produces excessive sweat).
